How come you cannot replace the LED bulbs?
There are several reasons for this, first and foremost is that the lens together with the LED's are injected, molded, sealed units to preserve the bases and sets from corrosion. The old-old sets where replaceable and they only lasted a few seasons before they were so corroded they had to be replaced (not a good use of your savings or on the landfills).
Secondly, the LED Holiday Lights are power specific. Each LED Light color uses a different amount of power. Replacing a White LED with a Blue LED will cause the socket to go out over a short period of time. The light sets are setup in such a way that you get the best performance for your investment.
